Learning exchanges between countries in the form of technical workshops, study tours and temporary professional placements for people responsible for design and implementation of reforms;
Technical experts to work with member countries to support short-term learning activities on a specific priority area of focus;
Small working groups with representatives from several member countries to jointly address common challenges within a specific technical area.
Other joint-learning activities may be supported by the JLF.
