Joint Learning Fund

What is the Joint Learning Fund?

The Joint Learning Fund (JLF) provides financial support for country-specific collaborative learning activities and Country Core Groups activities. Members can access JLF funds for a variety of learning opportunities including:

  • Learning exchanges between countries in the form of technical workshops, study tours and temporary professional placements for people responsible for design and implementation of reforms;
  • Technical experts to work with member countries to support short-term learning activities on a specific priority area of focus;
  • Small working groups with representatives from several member countries to jointly address common challenges within a specific technical area.

Other joint-learning activities may be supported by the JLF.
